I have subscribed to a trial account, but I have not received
my login and password. |

You will usually need to pay US$25 for your
trial account. Have you entered your credit card details correctly?
Did you get a “transaction successful” email from
our system saying your credit card is successfully debited?

How long is the trial period? |

7 calendar days. We suggest you make as
full use of the trial period as possible since we do not offer
repeat trial subscriptions.

What services are offered in the trial subscription
period? |

You get the full Premier Package (Majors, Minors & Crosses), which includes intra-day, daily, weekly and medium term recommendations and commentaries. Futures and Bullion recommendations are also included within the package.

No. The trial period is one time only and
the system rejects duplicate trials.

Crosses)
Premier Package (Majors)
The Premier Package is for those full-time Traders who would
normally spend at least 3-5 hours each day in front of the monitor
for their trading activities. This close watch of our page is
necessary, as our commentaries and signals are frequently updated
in real-time. Our strategies and updates are based on intra-day
market conditions, such as Economic Data or the latest breaking
Market News.
Standard Package (Majors)
The Standard Package is for those Traders who would monitor
the Market from time to time, and do not expect to be in front
of the monitor continuously. This package provides updates 3
times a day (around 23:00, 07:00, & 14:00 GMT). However,
additional updates will be made whenever there is any sudden
change of market action or change of our view, if such situation
occurs, a special alert will be made on the "ticker bar.

Can I share my AceTrader account with my friends? |

No, you cannot. Every AceTrader account is prepared for the usage of a single user only. Our system will check all the login records periodically and reject any multiple logins when over one access to the same account is detected. AceTrader may terminate any suspected login sharing account without prior notice and reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized users.
